Wireless Mics

I'm looking for a wireless mic for my singer for use during our live nightclub show. Anyone got any advice on some good models to check out? We have a budget of about $1000.

Also, are the headset type any good or is it best to stick to a handheld model?

Any of the Shure systems with diversity receivers usually work pretty well.

I haven't heard a head mic sound very good for singing, but that doesn't mean that they can't.....

I saw the Stones recently and they were using wireless for almost everything ... vocals..guitar..bass. I found this:

Didn't look too expensive .. but I couldn't confirm it was the exact setup they were using either...

Audio Technica 4000 series has dual compander which compresses/decompresses highs and lows seperately for better audio. Go with the ATM73CW if you want a headset.
