Hey!
I just got a cranborne 500r8 and it works great, but when I try and make use of sending a mix back through gear, I can’t get it to be in stereo.
I tried running my mix back through my SSL UVEQ Stereo Eq (slots 5/6) but instead of sending it in stereo, it sends the mix in mono through both slots. (The mix mono in slot 5 and the same mix in mono through slot 6) panning the unit doesn’t help as even when panned they are still just the whole mono mix panned in the left and right ear. I don’t know anyone in person with this gear, so I am looking online for help! Thanks in advance, kinda losing sleep on this one!

Possible reasons (?):
1. Setting on the EQ (with which I am not familiar)
2. Stereo Link setting on the Cranborne
3. I/o setting/routing in your DAW

If you send the mix to two other slots, does it remain in stereo? If you send not the mix, but 2 different mono tracks through the EQ, do they remain distinct? And if not, what happens when you record the direct analog outs from those two slots?

Hello, I have this weird issue with my 500ADAT in regards, I send mono drum stem through ADAT outs of 3/4, when I receive it back to my DAW, I get it non-mono stem more like spread stereo drum stem (as far as I can tell through meter)


Do you know how to set it right on 500ADAT..?

So I am trying to utilize 500adat direct outs for summing purpose, but the sound gets spreaded out..
