Tascam Porta 02 MKII - channel 3 is busted.

Yeah I had channel 3 go out on a 424mkII I have a Fostex 250 that plays the tapes without issue so I just started using that machine or my Tascam 688 or my Tascam 238 instead. It likely needs to be recapped if the head isn't cracked.
