Ebay buyer that buy something and then decide it is not what they wanted...

Unanswerable questions to follow...please forgive the rant <START OF RANT>

Why would anyone purchase something from our EBAY store and then start asking a lot of questions and then decide after they have purchased an item they no longer want it. The time for questions is BEFORE you buy it NOT AFTERWARDS.

Why would a buyer buy something and then want to renegotiate the price or want you to ship it in some unprotected way where there is no tracking number because it will save them some money? I mean the difference between shipping with a delivery confirmation or not via USPS is about 65 cents. Or why would they want you to declare a $200 microphone a gift or worth $20 so they don't have to pay any import duty but they want you to insure it for $200. Can you say "problems with customs?" Or the person who wants you to send a piece of equipment through a special carrier and either complains about the price or when they get the gear say it has been damaged, then they throw away all the packing and then want you to refund their money saying that the items was damaged is shipping. When you say the package was insured they say they don't want to take the time to file a claim and only want their "money back". GRRRRR!

Why do people purchase a piece of equipment and have it sent to a PO box and then they never pick it up and it gets returned. Or the clown who gives you an address in New York that is in the middle of the East River or gives you the street address for a building with 200 tenants and forgets to give you a suite number and then they start a claim with Ebay to get their money back saying that they never received the goods.

I know it takes all kinds of people but sometimes Ebay buyers give me a Royal PITA.
