Thumbs down Injuring yourself

While setting down a 40lb bag of dog food and a large box of firewood under another arm, I managed to badly sprain the big toe on my right foot recently. Sucks not being able to get about easily. Walking back and forth from the live room to the control room is not to be taken for granted. It'll be a month til it's tender enough for mild exercise. grudge

Just wanted to moan about it for a minute. Thanks!

A toe may be a good complaint for a young man, but who wants to join me in complaining about lower back pain?

Yes frequent icing, bags of frozen corn or peas are ideal, you can throw them under the console and put your foot on them and they will mold to your foot. Just throw them back in the freezer, although you might want to mark them with some gaff tape, if you eat that kind of stuff ;-).
Dave, less kinky sex and more chiropartic ;-) . Take care Logan

Hey, my big toe on my right foot doesn't bend in the middle since my motorbike landed on it.

Beat that foot related disorder.
