Residential Rehearsing Space HELP!

My room has concrete walls and I would have to build another wall out of wall studs of course. I calculate to have 145db while all the muiscians play. I would like to know whats the best way to build sound proof walls, and not allow sound to travel to my neighbor or my folks upstairs. Can some help me?

Good Luck (and I do mean that), that will be very expensive to do. Band are loud.

I think (perhaps) you don't understand decibel levels - I seriously doubt that your volume is almost double that of a jet engine at 100'.

You're very right! I misread it. It was 104.
