Help! Avalon 737 replacement DI nut/thread on front panel thing

Hi there!
A while back the silver bit where you slot your jack into the DI on the front panel unscrewed itself and its gone missing. It basically holds the DI input piece on the inside of the unit to the front panel. It should be a very cheap easy replacement as it just screws back in.

I need to get a replacement. I've attempted to contact Avalon twice without success or reply.

Avalon, are you here?

Otherwise does anyone know another replacement part that will do the same job?

Thanks guys!

Call Avalon direct: (949) 492-2000

I have never had a problem getting though and a human being actually answers the phone!

Peace,
