Need some help (Lynx + 2Bus LT)

I seem to be running into a small issue that I was hoping someone here can clear up.

Just got a Dangerous 2Bus LT. I can hear it working, however the only issue I'm having is getting it to print the mix back in...Now this may be misunderstanding on my part, but I did read in the manual you can use the exp slots as a send/return which is what I'm attempting but I hear no difference when bouncing.

Should I just get F to F XLRs and go MAIN OUT to IN 1/2 on the Aurora breakout cables instead and input monitor in PT with in 1-2 and out 1-2?

This is probably something stupid and simple I'm missing.

To make this easier, I attached a routing diagram.

EXP L R are inputs, you can use it as fx return, but not as sends.
Record your mix from the main outs. And be carefull how you route the ouput of your print track, if it's routed back to your 2bus, you'll blow your speakers and damage your ears.

D'oh! I had a feeling it was simple. Thanks, I'll get those adapters.
