Perhaps, but I think he did a lot of that crap 90's music that I could care less about anyways. You know, all that teenage angst stuff.

What you are missing is, when you are a studio owner, with a signature under a million dollar debt to build that studio up, and a dozen people on the payroll to run it, you record/produce/mix/master/get it there faster everyone that comes your way in your best ability, hoping that somehow they will find their own audience and make some turnover, and bring some more follow up business.

BUSINESS.

And the fact is, it's not that he's turned down Aerosmith from the doorstep. It's just that they never turned up.

Hence, Slippy's announced/unannounced/buried in the back yard discography. Or anyone else's for that matter.

So he's a living legend because he took any band that walked through the door?

I love me some Slipperman. He didn't always love me, though.

Geezus dude, mellow out it's just a forum.

Like I said, he always struck me as kind of a blow hard. Didn't mean to offend Barish, just my opinion is all.

I'm a huge fan of Beau's work. I did some stuff with him with a band called Endangered Species. An honor and a pleasure to work with!
