i don’t have any experience in a studio but have been in numerous times with friends bands. Decided to late to get into a school course on sound production/engineering, so was wondering if anyone knows someone/or would offer some of there time when in studio to have me about? Showing me the engineering side of the studio?

Hey there, I'm not trying to hijack this thread but... I'm a kiwi with plans to move to Melbourne beginning of next year. I'm 25 and have been working for the last 4 years in a studio I co-own doing everything from Album productions through to TVC sound design/composition and general audio post production. I'm a fairly competent musicain and am well versed with the way studios work and all the crazy stuff that comes along with itheh

My main reason for the move is I wanna learn, spread my wings a bit.

Are there many/any oportunities for someone like me in Melbourne?

I'm kinda open to anything be it just post work or music/band recording(preferabley bands stuff cause I just love itthumbsup).
