OT: Convert VGA to SVHS/Coax/RCA

Mods, do with this post what you may, but I really don't quite know where else is as plugged in as this board...so i'm asking here.

I need to get signals from my computer monitor output (PC) to a DV deck or my DVX100A....either one, i just need to get VGA signal to an analog video signal.

Any boxes? suggestions?

Thanks

You need a "PC to TV" scan converter. They are available in PCI format or as stand alone boxes. They run the gamut from very affordable to very expensive.

FWIW, all the ones I've ever seen yield crappy image quality as it is difficult to go from a high res format like VGA to composite video. Kinda like going from 24 bit 96k to 8 bit 11k.
