Buzzing/Computer noise coming from my monitors? Help?

I hooked up my Bryston 3B a couple days ago and when I'm running audio out of my computer into the amp everything is quiet, but when I switch the cables over to my 002 so I can do work in PT, I get really loud buzzing/computer noise, meaning when I move the mouse around you can hear the noise from the system, it's like the noise floor just got boosted massively. I don't understand why this would be, why would I get so much noise from the 002 but not my computer output? any ideas?

Also, on the back of amp there is a toggle switch; spear or normal?
