lucid 88192 upgrade over mytek 8x96?

I have a pair of the older mytek 8x96 converters, and can sell them which will pay for an 88192 easily. Recording at 44.1/48K only.

A noticeable upward difference in sound with the Lucid? It's a later generation converter but that doesn't always mean better....
