axiom pro 49 vs. axiom 49 question

i need some advice as to whether i should shell out for the axiom pro 49 or buy a axiom 49:

i want to use my mpc 2500 as main sequencer

i want to track my beats into pro-tools thru my m-audio profire 2626

i want to control pro-tools, (mixer, transport etc..) with midi keyboard controller (hate using qwerty keyboard and mouse all the time)

i want to use and control vsts with midi keyboard controller in protools and/or abelton live

hope this already hasnt been answered...

btw.don't care that much about semi-weighted keys versus normal keys..
