I was looking forward to these too [MC910], but looking at the specifications the noise figures are not very impressive..!?

Anyhow I look forward to hear comments and samples...

Yes, two more db of noise than the 930 which are very quiet from my experience.

I don't see any 910 on sale yet.

its part of their "brodcast studio" line, rather than their "music and performance line"

Why ? here in Europe we can have a pair of 930 for 590€. I don't think a pair of capsules alone would be so much cheaper and I prefer having 4 complete mics than 2 mics with 4 capsules.

And I saw so much interchangeable capsule systems with destroyed thread ! Ok, some don't have any thread like the JZ ! but we don't know anything about reliability of these systems.

well, they do sell the CK 930 and CK 950, which is essentially the same as the MC930 and the MC950, except the cap and mic body is separated with a cable. the mic body is the same for both of those, so presumably, you could just buy the CK 950 hypercard cap without buying the CV 900 mic body again, though I haven't looked into it yet to find out costs... I'm also hoping that they come out with an omni version (i.e. the CK 910).

At the risk of dragging things off topic, I have to ask, where can you find them that cheap? Thomann is currently 666€.

Much cheaper in Europe than in the US, I would be worth is to buy a pair there and have it shipped if you live in the state.

It seems you can order directly from US with no shipping costs.
