Buying heaps of gear all at once, help!!!

So I've decided to borrow $20,000 ($10,000 US) and upgrade my recording setup.

I mainly produce rock/pop, and all drums will be programmed, so I only need a couple channels for gats/bass/vox.
I will be tracking and mixing in a home/project environment.

Heres what I've decided on.
Would love some feedback from you guys, concerning gear choice,
if it all goes together, if anythings surplus to what you think I might need, etc.

R121, SM7b, SM57, and maybe AKG C114

Dangerous D-BOX
Dynaudio BM15a's

1 x Distressor
1 x SSL mynx with 1 eq and 1 compressor
1 x Little Labs IBP Phase tool

Some kind of 'roominator kit' (I'm not too well versed in room acoustics at the moment)

UA2 Plugin bundle of some kind.
Digidesign Structure

I currently have,
M-Audio Projectmix,
****ty behringer truths, and a rode nt2a/sm57/akg D112.
I figure the D112 is fine for miking bass cabs, or should
I get something better?

I figure i could try and get the mics and monitors 2nd hand,
the other stuff is a little tricky to find.

Any suggestions comments most welcome,
Also, let me know if you're selling anything on my list.
