recording end result of summing unit?

I'm considering purchasing the MR816csx interface and adding a Dangerous 2bus LT for summing. I'm trying to work out the routing and can't quite figure out the best way to record the "after" summing 2track.

I will be using a Benchmark adc-1 to capture the signal after the 2busLT. According to Steinberg, I can record back into cubase, via the s/pdif input, but I would then loose channels 7/8 adat outs. I was planning on routing out of the MR816's adat out, into an 8 channel ada converter to achieve my 16 channels of summing(this is including the 8 analog outs on the 816), so this would obviously leave me with 2 less summing channels, which I'd rather not sacrifice if I can help it.

I can also send a digital signal from the adc-1 into my HHB burner, but this of course means burning to a cd every time, and I would rather just record the 2trk back as a wave file.

Any ideas or comments on my routing? Is there any other device I could send my digital signal into for capturing the 2track that doesn't cost a fortune(as in NOT as expensive as the masterlink or even another computer)?
