It's a hurtin'.

Does anyone know a place in LA that I can take it and they can fix it in a day?

I'd say take it to Melrose Mac, but...well...nevermind...

You know our previous assistant Mike, is doing IT fro Disney. Maybe give him a call. He may be able to help.

If you can wait till tomorrow I can take a look at it for you.

James, this won't help you now, but maybe it will in the future. The last straw for me was when I was recording a big band (18 piece) in the morning, and laying prelays the night before when everything went to hell with the computer. From then on out, I've always had TWO boot drives with identical software, plugs, etc. on both drives. If it's causing grief, switch startup drives and keep working. Of course, if it's the motherboard, RAM, or PS, you're hosed. Good luck!
