I'm learning more everyday about old synths. AWESOME!
I know you guys are understanding what I'm after now.....seduction/ soft sounds.......sexy sounds! LOL.......REALLY....... and a string machine sounds like the ticket!

Gosh, now I'm off in another direction.
I DO have a Korg Triton, but it's very synthetic sounding......not really a bad thing, but the strings aren't great for this project. Doesn't sound old enough.

I guess I'm thinking Fantastic Planet with juicy love scenes, but with velvet curtains and horse and carriage/forest ... rather than space ships and lasers..........hmmmmmmm.

Arp 2600. Semi-modular but I loved it.

Should have kept it.

Well like Baikonour said, Logan strings or my suggestion for a Korg Poly Ensemble
I had an Arp Omni II also lovely stringy, but I'm looking for a Poly Ensemble
I love the sound of Pre MS korg synthesizers. (Although I'm pretty fond of my Mono/Poly too but the Oscillators in the Minikorg and other oldies just sound awesome)

That korg PE sounds great.

The Moog's and sh-5 are just out of my range right now.

I'm now interested in the black ang gold Arp. I hear alot of musical potentail with that one. I think they might be more affordable too.

ANyone using this one? I think Portishead might have this one.

heard some sound bites and tweaking, sounds good.
