Dealing with taxes for a small studio

I just opened a small tracking/mixing studio in Berkeley CA, which is my first real studio/business. To those of you that do your own taxes for your studio, how do you go about doing so? And to those of you that hire someone to do your taxes for you, what type of tax person do you have?

Thanks
