I come across old organs all the time that are too broken to fix. Some of them have a built in 2-speed Leslie you can save. You have to build a cabinet around them so the drum doesn't get damaged (non of them will have horns). Remove the speaker but leave the hole open. You can place it in front of the amp of your choice, as long as it has a single 15" or smaller. It will also work with a 2 12" cab but not have as much sweet modulation as a real Leslie. I prefer this way so I don't have to haul around a giant heavy Leslie and you can still retain your normal tone when not in use.
