how did any of us ever think we were gonna make decent recordings without a pair of these? (note the original list price)

Oh yeah!! Didn't you know that these were made for the U.S. Government? If you scroll down you will see a set of wire cutters on sale for $800!!

..I'm running out right now to get me a set of those for the surround sound system, but I don't want no stinkin used cable, I'll pay the full $ 34,200 for the set. who knows maybe the previous owner took some of the sound out of the cables, can't have that. heh yuktyy rollz

Looks like nobody wanted the cables, so they had to reduce the price slightly.heh heh heh heh heh

Do you think there are minature traffic cops within each cable, directing electron traffic? "this way please! Straight through! No stopping"

It looks like that same wire that came in my "101 Experiments with Electricity" kit when I was 7. In that case, I have to have it. That was the best sounding wire I ever heard - nothing I've heard since compares.

You guys stay away from that stuff, tut it's mine!

Exactly, here is the true diffrence between the "american" and "british" sounds... the American cables sound "quicker" because the little cops have guns...

Well, I might seriously get a pair of the speakers on that page. In my new studio I'm going to put an and stereo receiver and CD player in the lounge and run cables to patch from the control room into the lounge so people can play video games and still be able to hear what's going on tape. Those look nice and fancy for $150. I'll have to see what Best Buy has before I order them.

must have

the link has changed; it used to show only a pair of $5700 speaker cables!!! now it is a listing of several more "reasonable" items.

Hmmm..... I don't think $120 for a 3 foot power cable is all that reasonable to me. Especially when the wire running through the house to the outlet is about 3 cents a foot.
