Mixing/Mastering for the Telephone

I've been putting together music and voice-over promos for a chain of travel agencies for radio and they want to incorporate the stuff into thier telephone on-hold music system. I know it has to be mono but does anyone know off hand where the Lo-cut/High-cut sweet spots are for eliminating unessesary frequencies for the telephone? Any other tricks for optimizing music and voice for play over the telephone?
