Ultra Strat Mod wiring question.

Hey i wanna do this mod to my strat copy

Guitar Wiring Site II

What i'm wondering is how i wire in the second tone pot... I'm not an electronics guru but i can solder and follow wiring diagrams. I just cant get how the 2nd tone pot comes into the equation.

If I were you I wouldn't mess up my stat with all of that non sense. Keep the five way switch and wire the first tone pot as your main tone pot. Get a blender pot from Lindy Fralin.com and put it in the second tone position. His blender instructions will show you how to wire it and it can now blend the neck and bridge together while maintaining all the other 5 way switch tones.

Are there any other strat mods i could try?

I'm interested in what else i could do.

Also any reasons why i shouldn't try that mod? Its a custom strat as it is, (i converted a no name into a real strat, new body, fixed the neck, new electronics, new bridge and nut.)

Can i ask how to do it anyway?

I'm familiar with tehguitarist and I believe he joined the Guitar Nuts 2 Message Board and got an answer.
This is my first post here and so I don't want to sound very grouchy but Player1, your review of my guitar rewiring scheme seems a bit harsh.

I beleive you stated

Well, I didn't start my website to win any popularity contests.
Maybe some people such as yourself don't like tampering with their guitars but the sound differences you can get are incredible.
Incidentally, I paracticce what I preach because I've rewired a great many of my own guitars:

I would rather use Push/Pull Pots than dig holes in the guitar.

Here is the wiring diagram:
