fake!
The wires inside should be green and yellow. The grille should be a matte silver and the capsule should have initials on the shure label in a tip-ex'y substance.
Bought a fake beta 56A a few years back that looked just like your mic and it was fake according to shure when i sent it back to them.
If you are unsure, send it to shure for inspection
