Perhaps. But if I see a link on a blog or a website to an album that has no business being there, not only should I be able to have it removed immediately, but I should be able to go after the person that uploaded it to the cyber locker in the first place.
If someone steals my guitar and tries to sell it in a pawn shop, there is an entire system in place for me to take action. That doesn't exist in cyber space yet and it needs to.
