Regarding to my own problem, I discovered that if you buy a Texas Instruments' PCI Firewire the unit works flawlessly. So I'm more than happy now...

Anyway, don't you find the way the EQ works a little bit odd? I'm in love with the compressor, though. Specially with Distressor and Neve.
