Oh get this, there is no on and off button. By plugging it in it goes on. I think (like Rode used to have) that when things are made in China, it is very hard to have good quality control. Rode stated that half the capsules made in China for thier older mic's were defective. It was so bad that now they make everything in Australia. So tomorrow, I will be exchanging the Centeral Station for a new one. This is very frustrating.
I just bougth one as well and mine has an on/off button. it is on the back of the unit next to the insert for the power supply.
