So I've had some fun tweaking and tuning my system. With the 7950X eco mode was a blessing and I wanted to try something similar with the 9950X. I let Ryzen Master do an all core Curve Optimizer optimization which ended up with a -24 across all cores. Afterwards I modified the PPT/TDC/EDC values to halfway between what they are in 105W and 170W "eco mode" settings.

Stress testing this shows consistent >5ghz clocks across all cores, with the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 280 on the intake, couple Noctua fans on the exhaust this thing is quite silent under load. I have a gentle curve that kicks in as the processor gets close to 80C, I could probably let it get a bit higher though.
