You need to figure out the routing matrix in the lyra 2.
I don't have one to play with and the manual doesn't explain it, so unless someone else is willing to explain it it'll be trial and error.
But basically you want ADAT in channels mapped to analogue out and vice versa.

In order to have ADAT channel duplicated to analogue channels in the UCX2 you need to use it's routing matrix, checking the relevant grid boxes so whichever ADAT pair you choose come out the headphones out channels too.
