Right, thanks I didn't see that one.
But that is not the right option either, as it only stops the UF8 following a track selected in the DAW, when it's outside of the current bank of 8 tracks showing on the UF8. It doesn't stop the UF8 Select button from opening a plugin when you select a track using it.
