From memory it was a Lowpass, 6b/octave, Analog phase, set at 352hz, highest impulse length.

I was able to do the same setup in Kirchoff but I preferred the DMG result.

Download the demo, because you can click on Setup and it will show you the phase response curve. You can also set the EQ to free phase and dial in the amount of delay to taste.
You can also adjust the impulse length for more or less of the effect.
