Hello just wondering since a lot of us might be buying used mbox studio if anyone has come to an issue of not getting a product key or having it being used already by someone who owned it previously. I bought mine through guitar center online. I tried to contact avid with no response and guitar center said they can’t help me. I’d hate to have to return it but man is there any thing I can do? It fits my set up so nicely I’d hate to return it. Can I just somehow find the software and be able to use it? It’s a $900 piece of metal collecting dust. I have windows 11 and just want to use it.

Has anyone found a solution to something like this? The avid customer support is confusing and hard to navigate but I submitted a ticket with no response.
