I've just been thinking about this because there are a couple of Oktava items I'd still like to get... I email them first before I place an order, and ask them "do you want me to email the order or do it through the site?" or whatever they want to do, so they're expecting it. TBH I only used their site's order form once or twice when I first heard about them, because it took a week or so before I got any response too. So I decided to always contact them first. I think O-shop is basically a part time operation now, since Ukraine. So they might not check messages every day.

I'm interested in 2 more of the UP-012 "universal preamps" and some other small items so I'll confirm they're listening before I order.
Oktava USA always reply promptly and process the orders right away but I've found Oktava Shop in Germany to have significantly lower prices
