Yeah I spotted the Klark a while back and got one for a giggle, was shocked that it was actually highly useable.

Sold the real 1176s when UAD appeared back in 00's. After 6 months of A/B testing.

Edit: ah just noticed YouTube is compressing the video too which may explain a certain uniformity of sound. Please repost video with c. -6dB drop in Level so we can test fairly.
