Posting if it helps others:
Go to the following locations and delete the mentioned folders/files:
Library > Applications Support > Waves - delete the WavesLocalServer folder
User Library* > Caches - delete the numba folder (if exists)
User Library* > Application Support > Waves Audio - delete the WavesLocalServer folder
User Library* > Logs - delete WavesLocalServer.log
* (to access the User Library - In Finder, click on the Go menu, hold [Alt/Option] and click on Library)
Launch Waves Central and go to the Settings page.
Click on Clear Central Cache.
Reinstall just one of your V15 plugins - doesn't matter which one.
Launch Logic and see if the issue persists.
