I wish you'd cloned the hand wired CL1A.

I know the A and B very well indeed.

It's scary how far superior the A was/is as a vocal and bass tracking compressor.

To anyone who thinks it's that same expect for the fact the A has tubes on the outside of the case - all I can say is you must of never used both units at the same time in the same project.

I wish I'd bought a second hand CL-1A when I had the chance, now the S/H prices are crazy!!
