I decided not to upgrade from K7. The new chord and phrase generators in K8 aren't something I need at all, and the new instrument isn't really groundbreaking must-have. There might be new additions to the basic library, but I'm still going through K7's library (the percussion collections are really good, btw).

I have almost all of the "new" additions to Kontakt 8/Komplete 15 anyway, so I'd just be paying again for what I already bought.

That said, will I ever upgrade to Kontakt 8? Sure...when new libraries come along that I really want and ONLY work in K8.
