I would say the most hidden aspect is a professional control/mix room - and what
truly constitutes that. And also the fact that big wig famous mixer dude A, B, or C (who consistently churns out amazing mixes) has been working in a room like that for a long, long time - and also was able to advance from novice to black belt because they had access to such a room.
And that the recording biz is a rich man's game, always was.
