I got a swift reply saying that they could give me the equivalent Jampoints to reduce it from €299 to €209 (which only saves me another €40) & that was the best they could do & also said that I could resell any serial numbers of redundant products that I already have.
I accepted & they added the Jampoints to my account, I've decided not to bother as I just can't justify it - I would only upgrade for the new extras in the T-Racks & Ampltube (I'm not really bothered with TONEX or the rest - unless the deal was good enough of course).
I don't get why you'd want an Amplitube upgrade over Tonex, Tonex is sooo much better. I bought Tonex SE on Knobcloud for $60; I'm more interested in the user profiles than the IK ones. You'd be better off picking up the new T-Racks singles when they go on sale.
