Quick question about the G22 - I know that its a vari-mu compressor, which traditionally has a variable ratio based on how much the threshold is set. But the G22 has a ratio knob. Is this still a progressive ratio amount based on threshold, but you're setting the initial ratio? So, if the knob is at 9 o' clock the ratio range is something like 1.5 to infinity, but if the knob is set to 3 o'clock the ratio range is 4 to infinity? Or is the ratio knob setting a fixed ratio that is not threshold dependent, and the G22 only imparts the tone and compression signature of a vari mu?
