I’ve been a professional record producer/ recording engineer for twenty years and have made records in studio all over the world. I’ve worked in Mexico, Columbia, Argentina, Bulgaria, USA, Canada, England, Belgium, Ireland… not once, not even a single solitary time has any studio ran any DAW other than Protools. I get that there’s better value for the bedroom producer out there, but I’ve never seen anything else used in a professional setting.
