Indeed it does. It's about the best-sounding Roland synth I've heard since the early '90s, together with the little Aira J-6, purely because some warmth and dirt is finally back in there in the sound.
Do you feel it’s doing something different with Zenology from the same engine in the X and Fantom and MC 707/101? I’d assume the same patch would sound identical in all of them, but maybe there’s some tweaking going on to provide different overall character.
