I also do know that CPAP machines most definitely work and do reverse the effects of sleep apnea during sleep.
Perhaps my sleep apnea is mild, in any case the light therapy really does work. Last night I had another full night's rest with absolutely no sleep interruptions.
Highly recommend you get it checked out. It could be a huge difference for you. Just make sure to leave the clinic before dawn, as you'll have red markings and huge chunks of stuff that looks like cream cheese where the contacts sit on your head.
