If I’m not mistaken, and I have no idea about your specific model, but essentially the ULS is transformer-based and much thicker/darker sounding than the current offerings. I prefer the ULS.

I had Jim Williams modify mine when I lived in Nashville, and I FULLy regret selling that mic.
