My own TAC Scorpion found a new home in the studio of Fool´s Garden Drummer Jan Hees in Bretten. It´s highly modified and sounds great. It can be heard on a load of released songs as he´s doing a lot of session work for different producers.
A few weeks ago I coincidentally stumbled across the same type of ribbon wire used for the i/o board connection, from a different manufacturer, though. Unfortunately I didn´t bookmark it. But it must have been either Mouser or RS Components. So everybody looking for these should wade through theirs catalogs. With a bit of luck it can be found.
