The crossgrade offer to Total Studio 2 MAX with the addition Jam points I got seemed a no-brainer. A lot of value for the money.
But, man, installing the software was a pure nightmare. Downloading dozens of DMG files (nearly 200Gb), opening each individually. Then finding out that 90% of them give you an error about not being able to find the sound data. To bypass this error, you need to open the package, browse to the MacOS program, start that to run the program and afterwards close it. And in order to speed up the opening of the DMG's, which also takes ages on OSX after High Sierra, I had to manually mount all these files with a trick in the terminal.
All in all it took me approx 9 working hours to download and install the software. Luckily the download speeds were very good (21Mbyte/s on my connection, which is my max).
Please Peter, have a look at for example ReFX Nexus 3, Toontrack or XLN Audio for ideas on how to improve on this vastly.
If IK Multimedia would add a combined authorization and installation/update manager, your offerings would be killer!
