I guess the Rule Tec Heritage Pro bundle is one plugin and if you need them separate, you have to either buy them separate or buy the full bundle which really doesn't make since to me either.
I guess I'll just buy the single plugin as I would use the EQ1A more then anything. They do both have different saturation but, not sure I would ever use the mid eq and I would almost never use the filter version so. I'll just get that.

I compared this Rule Tec against UAD Pultec, Overtone PTC-2A and the Ignite Amps PTeq-x (free). I preferred Rule Tec in every case. You have to adjust for volume when comparing because the Rule Tec seems to add more volume than the others.
One thing I REALLY like about this is the saturation from just putting it on a track and having all three modules on with no EQ applied. I don't use Pultec-style EQ very often. But the saturation on this really does remind me of what you get when you patch in an actual Pultec. It's the first Pultec emu to do that for me.
Yes there are many Pultec emus out there. But if you like that sound and use it a lot, you should demo this one and see what you think. It's a very strong entry in this category.
