I notice that the F3C filter module can only be used staticly. Both switches click a lot while moved in Renoise.
Tried the same with Fuse passive EQ, no clicks while doing the same.

Yeah that's what real machine exactly does while you change the frequency statically in F3C. We tried to keep it original, but however we can add a function to deactivate this feature
