I didn't say RTFM, never would, and never do. I may excerpt a portion of a manual if it contains the answer, but then I'd also cite the location in the manual so the user could read around it and gain familiarity.
You asked, "I however wondered if there's any Mac software for Crimson? " I linked you to the exact Mac Software in question, but you didn't clearly specify your application so....you gets what you gets. And I stated why I did so..."The software download for many USB sound devices includes applications." That has been my experience. If that's not yours, then that indicates a substantial difference between a manufacturer like Moto and Presonus (both include control apps) and SPL (who knows?).
I also seem to recall answering a "newbie" question regarding output connectivity accurately. Perhaps that's not what you wanted?
There's an old adage from the very, very early days of computers (before the desktop) "Pick your software first, hardware second". That's because software is the tool that really gets the job done. If you pick hardware first you're often locked into the only software that works with it, and may not match your application well. So, pick software first. Always.
Fast forward 40 years...guess what? It's still true.
I hate it when people get snippy, don't you? Especially when you asked a simple question, and I took the time to look it up and post a link. I guess neither of us is happy now. :-(
